The crossover where one-time becomes cheaper is around month 22 — so committed buyers usually license, while uncertain or cash-strapped EPCs start on SaaS.
What does the annual AMC cover?+
On the one-time licence, AMC covers updates, support and maintenance: ₹15,000/yr on Lite, ₹50,000/yr on Elite, ₹1,00,000/yr on Pro. Monthly SaaS already includes updates and support in the subscription.
How does the founding-customer offer work?+
The first 20 Elite and 10 Pro customers get ₹1,00,000 off the licence, AMC locked at ₹50,000/yr for 18 months, and implementation waived — in exchange for a filmed case study, logo rights and quarterly feedback.
How long is implementation, and what about my old data?+
Typically 2–4 weeks. Lite is self-onboard (₹0 setup); Elite setup is ₹35,000 and Pro is ₹1,00,000. Migrating your existing projects costs ₹25,000 (≤150 records) or ₹50,000 (>150) — optional on Lite.
Can I upgrade editions or add users later?+
