No, SuryaHub is not a generic ERP and not accounting software. SuryaHub is solar EPC software made only for solar work, with surveys, milestone payments and AMC built in. It does raise GST-compliant invoices, but it is not a Tally replacement. You can connect Tally to SuryaHub as an add-on.

SuryaHub has eight connected modules: Lead Management, Job File, Quotation Engine, Technical Survey, Sales Order and Logistics, Installation and Commissioning, Finance and Payments, and the AMC Module. No. SuryaHub does not have a PV design, shading or 3D layout engine. It captures a structured technical survey with photos instead. You keep your own design tool and quote from rate cards inside SuryaHub. So SuryaHub handles the business and operations, not the array design.

An AI chatbot and AI caller are on the SuryaHub roadmap, not shipped yet. We will not sell you something that does not exist. The live differentiators in SuryaHub today are AMC, built-in WhatsApp and SMS messaging, and India compliance like PM Surya Ghar and DISCOM paperwork.

SuryaHub has three editions. Lite is ₹4,500 a month or ₹75,000 one-time, for micro EPCs. Elite is ₹14,500 a month or ₹2,49,000 one-time, for small EPCs. Pro is ₹29,000 a month or ₹4,99,000 one-time, for mid, big and C&I EPCs. See the pricing page for full details.

Yes. SuryaHub uses a hybrid model, so you pick one-time licence or monthly SaaS — same features, different cash flow. With one-time you pay a yearly AMC for support and updates. The monthly and one-time costs cross over around month 22, so choose what fits your cash flow.

Yes. The first 20 Elite and 10 Pro EPCs get ₹1,00,000 off, AMC locked at ₹50,000 a year for 18 months, and implementation waived. In return we ask for a filmed case study, logo rights and quarterly feedback. SuryaHub is pre-revenue, so these founding partners help shape the product.

SuryaHub add-ons include a Design API, an RMS monitoring API, a Tally connector, the WhatsApp Business API, extra users, custom reports, HRMS, dedicated cloud and on-prem hosting. Each has its own price on top of your edition. So you start lean and add only what your solar business actually needs.

Most EPCs go live on SuryaHub in two to four weeks. Lite is self-onboard, while Elite and Pro include guided setup. The time depends on how much old data you move and how many users you train. We confirm a clear go-live plan with you during your SuryaHub demo.

Yes. SuryaHub migrates your existing leads, customers and projects from Tally or Excel during onboarding. Migration is priced by record count and handled by our team, so you do not start empty. After go-live your old history sits in SuryaHub next to your new work.

Yes. Elite and Pro include guided setup and training so your sales, operations and field teams know how to use SuryaHub. Because SuryaHub is mobile-first and Hindi-ready, field staff pick it up fast. We also walk your team through the modules live during your demo before you commit.

Yes. SuryaHub generates DISCOM and net-metering documents from your live project data, so you do not retype the same details into separate forms. This sits in the government workflows part of SuryaHub on Elite and Pro, and helps your team keep applications moving without paperwork errors.

Yes. SuryaHub raises GST-compliant invoices with CGST, SGST and IGST handled correctly, tied to your milestone payments. Invoices come from the same project record, so the numbers match the work done. SuryaHub is not a full accounting suite, so you can also connect Tally as an add-on.

Yes. On the Elite and Pro editions, SuryaHub gives your customers a self-service portal. There they can log a service request, see their visit history and renew the AMC online. This cuts phone calls to your office and keeps each customer close to your company for the long term.

Yes. SuryaHub is Hindi-ready, so field staff read screens in a language they know. It is also mobile-first and works offline-capable on Android Chrome, so your team can fill survey and service forms with photos even where the signal is weak, and the data syncs once they reconnect.

You can run SuryaHub in the cloud or on your own servers. Standard cloud hosting is included, and dedicated cloud or full on-premise hosting are available as add-ons. So if your company needs all data inside your own network, SuryaHub can run on-prem instead of shared cloud.

Yes. SuryaHub ships with role-based access control across ten standard roles, so each user sees only what their job needs. Every change in SuryaHub is recorded in an audit trail, so you always know who did what and when. This keeps your data tidy and your team accountable.

SuryaHub is pre-revenue and onboarding its first EPCs now. The real pilots are Suryantra Energy and RGESPL.
